Process

There's almost nothing I love more than watching a child work. My colleague recently sent me these photos from the end of the school year in which she captured the process of one of my students creating a masterpiece. I can't stop scrolling through to relive the wonder. Isn't it amazing?

It is amazing! Kids have so much creativity and it's up to us to help them explore it. I did something similar for my friend's two boys (no more than the age of 5) but they were more inclined to talk about sports than paint. I ended up having to paint while asking them what they'd like see... it was a good intro, I guess.

P.S. This is my first time at Exquisite Banana Jr. Don't know where I've been but it's really lovely, Kayla.
